The online voucher application is submitted via the Moj vaučer application. The applicant has to log in with their NIAS account (National Identification and Authentication System) in order to register in the application.

The following information/documents must be prepared for a successful voucher application:

  • Personal Identification Number (OIB in Croatian) with a bank token or a FINA credential for NIAS registration
  • Documents proving one's status (temporary residence certificate / residence and work permit / residence permit / identity card of an alien under temporary protection)
  • Offer from the education provider
  • Employer details (name and OIB number)

A person can submit the application after obtaining an offer from the desired education provider - a document containing information about the name of the programme and the provider, the place where the programme will be held, the price and information necessary for the execution of the payment.
