A person eligible for a voucher shall select the desired programme from a list of approved programmes and education providers offered in their area and they shall contact the provider to obtain information on the programme start date and cost.

The part of the cost of education that is not co-financed by the CES is paid at the beginning of the programme, while the CES pays the remaining amount at the end of the programme.
A person can submit the application after obtaining an offer from the desired education provider – a document containing information about the name of the programme and the provider, the place where the programme will be held, the price and information necessary for the execution of the payment.
The applicant may submit a CV, which is an integral part of the mandatory documentation when submitting an application, in English.
The online voucher application is submitted via the Moj vaučer application. The applicant has to log in with their NIAS account (National Identification and Authentication System) in order to register in the application.
